Lorenzo's responsibilities include organizational management, business development, leasing, and acquisitions.

Lorenzo began his career with Dale Operating in 2006. In 2008, Lorenzo moved to Pittsburgh PA and managed a Marcellus mineral leasing program for Chesapeake Energy covering more than 700,000 acres with a team of over 100 landmen. In 2011, Lorenzo founded Recon Resources to acquire Marcellus mineral rights.

Mr. Cola is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Landman and studied business and communications at the University of Kansas.

John's responsibilities include business development, investment analysis, and investment selection. John is also involved in tracking and analyzing entity production, pricing, price deductions, and acreage development.

John helped found Recon Resources in 2011 where he managed acquisition teams and investment strategy and implementation. Prior to Recon, John worked as District Landman for Dale Operating in Appalachia on behalf of Chesapeake Energy.

Mr. Schurman is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen, the National Association of Royalty Owners, and studied economics at the University of Kansas.

Trey's responsibilities include legal analysis and counsel, document preparation, title curative and coordinating closings. Trey also handles legal disputes with operators for improper payments, getting interests out of suspense, improper deducts, and being credited incorrect interests.

Prior to joining Recon, Trey worked at EXCO Resources, Inc., where his primary responsibilities included receiving and responding to the NLA Land Department's demands, document preparation, title analysis, discovery preparation, and analyzing and coordinating lawsuits with outside counsel. Additionally, Trey’s legal experience includes drafting and curing title opinions, interpreting and drafting responses to PHMSA pipeline regulatory compliance and enforcement matters, and drafting numerous oil and gas related acquisition and divestiture contracts.

Trey is a licensed attorney in State of Texas and the State of West Virginia and he earned a bachelor degree in economics at the University of Kansas and a Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan School of Law.

Bryant leads title and due diligence work for all mineral acquisitions and portfolio maintenance. Bryant has worked through more than 120,000 acres of West Virginia mineral title on over 1000 transactions.

Bryant is a founding member of Recon Resources. Prior to Recon, Bryant worked at Dale Property Services as a land negotiator and manager, ultimately being promoted to Title Crew Chief. Bryant holds a degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Craig is responsible for acquisition analysis, investment selection, capital management, financial reporting, and hedging. Craig was most recently Co-Founder and CFO of a group of privately held automotive companies. Prior to that, Mr. Oliver spent 15 years researching, valuing, and investing in private and public oil and natural gas operators, including the major operators of the Marcellus Shale.

Craig began his career in investment banking with Simmons & Company in 2006. In 2010, Craig joined energy private equity firm White Deer Energy. From 2012 to 2021, Mr. Oliver was employed by hedge funds affiliated with Millennium Capital Management.

Craig has been a Recon Resources investor since 2019 and holds a degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Bruce is responsible for accounting policies and internal controls as well as financial reporting matters and day to day accounting operations. He has more than 30 years of experience in oil and gas exploration and production accounting and financial reporting.

Prior to joining Recon in 2022, Bruce most recently served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller for Hunt Oil Company. Mr. Cope holds a degree in Accounting from Harding University and an MBA from Oklahoma State University.
